Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Coordinator / Client Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role manages day-to-day communication, ensures client requirements are met, delivers exceptional service, and builds strong long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is smart, proactive, has excellent English communication skills, and can manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Strong English proficiency and a smart, capable approach to problem-solving can outweigh formal educational qualifications.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, offering career growth opportunities within a professional and expanding organization.


 

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between OceanReps and assigned clients

  • Maintain professional relationships through regular communication and updates

  • Interpret client requests and ensure accurate task assignment and follow-through

  • Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for clients as needed

  • Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to exceed client expectations

  • Provide recommendations to management for improving client satisfaction and account performance

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen long-term partnerships


 
Qualifications
  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Smart, proactive, and able to learn quickly

  • Prior experience in client services, account management, or related roles preferred

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client-facing software tools

  • Professional demeanor and a client-first attitude
