Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Coordinator / Client Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role manages day-to-day communication, ensures client requirements are met, delivers exceptional service, and builds strong long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is smart, proactive, has excellent English communication skills, and can manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Note: Strong English proficiency and a smart, capable approach to problem-solving can outweigh formal educational qualifications.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, offering career growth opportunities within a professional and expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between OceanReps and assigned clients
Maintain professional relationships through regular communication and updates
Interpret client requests and ensure accurate task assignment and follow-through
Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for clients as needed
Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to exceed client expectations
Provide recommendations to management for improving client satisfaction and account performance
Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen long-term partnerships
Qualifications
Strong command of written and spoken English
Smart, proactive, and able to learn quickly
Prior experience in client services, account management, or related roles preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client-facing software tools
Professional demeanor and a client-first attitude
