Position Summary

OceanReps Global Ltd. is offering internship opportunities for smart, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals eager to launch their careers in a global business environment. As an Intern (Operations, Vendor & Client Management Support), you will assist our U.S.-based operations team with daily coordination, work order management, client communication, and vendor tracking.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning. You’ll gain hands-on experience in international property management operations, client relations, and process management.

Note: Strong English proficiency and a smart, capable approach to problem-solving can outweigh formal educational qualifications.

This is a full-time, on-site, Internship role in Dhaka, offering career growth opportunities within a professional and expanding organization.


 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with work order tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination

  • Communicate with U.S. partners, vendors, and internal teams as needed

  • Support preparation of reports, summaries, and quality checks

  • Review photos and documentation to ensure accuracy in service verification

  • Help maintain client communication records and follow-ups

  • Learn company workflows, platforms, and reporting tools

  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure efficient project execution


 
Qualifications
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Smart, professional, and eager to learn

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Educational background: Flexible – O/A Level, Diploma, or Undergraduate students may apply
